How often can I use it?

We recommend using Oqiro two or three times per wrist, per day. 

 

We have found the best results when it is used right before bed, or first thing in the morning. We highly recommend using Oqiro alongside your daily routine whether that's while having your morning coffee or while typing away in the office.

 

One session is 20 minutes, Oqiro has a built in timer which will auto-shut-off when 20 minutes is up.

Why choose Oqiro over wrist braces?

Wrist braces were designed to keep a wrist still and straight after breaking the bone to allow the bone to heal. Our approach is completely polarised from this.

 

Oqiro allows movement in the wrist while using heat and EMS pulse to retain flexibility and stimulate muscular contractions. This approach allows the affected area to remain mobile which is necessary in high demand areas of the body, such as the wrist.

 

We also designed Oqiro to apply even pressure to the affected area, something that metal-splinted and normal wrist brace manufacturers often overlook.

Should I buy one or two?

A session with Oqiro takes 20 minutes per wrist. Alternatively, you can buy two and use them simultaneously. The benefit of this is that once one wrist is feeling better you won't be playing catch up with the other.

Oqiro will offer a level of resistance to wrist movements outside of 'normal' angles of wrist flexibility. The wrist brace is deigned this way to mitigate the risk of over-extension.

Is the size adjustable?

Yes, Oqiro uses a wrap-around design which is suitable for all shapes and sizes of wrist. The contact strips are 360° and will remain in contact with your wrist regardless of size.
