This is where I really started to notice the difference. As I'm sure is the same for many people with stiff wrists, the morning can be one of the toughest times of the day.
My morning session goes as follows: Wake up, strap up both wrists, enjoy a 20 minute session whilst eating breakfast/getting ready.
This session not only re-mobilises my wrists for the day but also soothes any discomfort I was experiencing from the previous session.
