7 Ways Oqiro has helped me smash my fitness goals in 2024 - And why I'll be using it again in 2025

Summary: I've taken more steps than most to combat wrist pain from working out. This year I decided to take a different approach and document my journey with Oqiro. The results are below!

1. Post-workout pain

The stiffness, pain and discomfort I felt after a workout was often pretty demotivating because I knew what was coming next - more pain and less working out.

2. Pre-bed session

4. During a workout

Sometimes if the exercises I was doing were particularly wrist heavy, I'd take a break mid-session to use Oqiro. Although during the workout the wrist pain was not so bad I look at it as a preventative measure to reduce post-workout pain.

5. Recovery times decreased

After a few weeks of using Oqiro I noticed a serious reduction in my recovery times. 

 

As someone who works out everyday this has played a huge part in my progress this year and everyone has noticed the difference.

6. Flexibility increased
